BLS Provider CPR AED
Formerly called BLS for Healthcare Providers. BLS is the foundation for saving lives after cardiac arrest. This video-based, Instructor-led course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both in-facility and prehospital setting. This course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills. Formerly called BLS for Healthcare Providers, this course is designed to teach the skills of CPR for victims of all ages (adult, child and infant). Other skills include ventilation with a barrier device and a bag-mask device, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and relief of a foreign-body airway obstruction. This course is intended for participants who provide health care to patients in a wide variety of settings, however, you do not need to be a healthcare provider to take this course.
